Shipping and Delivery

Risk of loss and title to products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier or upon delivery to you, as permitted under applicable law.

You are responsible for providing accurate delivery information. We are not liable for delays or non-delivery resulting from incorrect or incomplete address details.

Inspection and Acceptance

You are responsible for inspecting products upon receipt. If products are damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must notify us within 28 days of delivery.

Failure to notify us within this period may constitute acceptance of the products, subject to mandatory consumer protection rights.

All intellectual property rights in the products, packaging, and related materials remain the property of DIC Products Ltd or its licensors. No rights are transferred to you except as necessary for lawful personal use of the purchased products.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England, subject to mandatory consumer protection laws in your place of residence.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. The version in effect at the time of your order will apply to that order.
